A plan made for your baby, and support every step.
I use a gentle, intermediate check-in method and adjust it to your baby's temperament and what you're comfortable with. The goal is independent sleep and self-soothing, built on secure attachment.

Let's talk about it honestly.
Will my baby cry?
Yes, some. Babies are going to cry, because it's their only way to communicate. During sleep training, it's their way of protesting a change to their routine, not a sign that something is wrong. You'll have a clear role and can go in to reassure your baby, and I'm with you through check-ins the whole way.
Is sleep training cruel?
No. With secure attachment, it's a gift to your child. Babies thrive on consistency and predictability, and they get more restorative sleep and are happier when they're awake. Your baby learns that the crib is a safe space and that mom and dad will always come back.
What age is best?
I work with babies under 12 months, and around 4 months is a great time to start. If your baby arrived early, I plan around their adjusted age.
My baby is too difficult. Will this work?
I hear this a lot. Babies are more alike than people think. They're smart, they thrive on consistency, and they do great when parents stay consistent. Your plan is built around your baby's temperament.
Do you work with families who co-sleep?
My approach is built around independent sleep in your baby's own crib or bassinet, so I don't work with families who plan to keep co-sleeping. If you're co-sleeping now and ready to move your baby to their own space, I'd love to help with that.
Is sleep training right for every family?
Sleep training isn't for everyone. Choosing to sleep train and choosing not to are both great choices, and that decision belongs to your family. I only want to work with families my approach feels right for.
You're a nurse. Is this medical advice?
My nursing background shapes how I work, but sleep consulting is education and coaching, not medical care. Please check with your pediatrician before starting, and bring health or feeding questions to your pediatrician or a lactation consultant.
Can you guarantee results?
Every baby is different, so I can't promise a timeline. What I can promise is a plan that fits your baby, honest guidance, and support as long as you need it to feel you're in a good spot.
