Helping little dreamers sleep, so the whole family can rest.
I'm Alexa, a labor and delivery nurse, certified sleep consultant and mama. I help families teach their babies to sleep independently, with a plan built around their baby's unique temperament.

It's what French parents say at bedtime, and it's where our name comes from. Bienvenue chez Dodo & Co.
You're doing everything, and your baby is still fighting sleep.
Rocking, nursing or a bottle to sleep, contact naps, the pacifier on repeat, naps only in the car. You're exhausted, and some days you feel like you're losing yourself a little.
I've been there. Postpartum can feel dark and isolating, and better sleep is what helped me feel like me again. Your baby is smarter than you think. With a plan and some consistency, babies learn sleep as a skill, just like eating or walking.

Structured, but never one-size-fits-all.
Built around your baby
Every baby has their own temperament. Your plan and daily schedule are made for your baby and your family's life.
A gentle check-in method
You stay involved and can go in to reassure your baby. Each parent gets a role, so you feel in control the whole way.
Right there with you
Check-ins by text, phone and FaceTime while you work through the plan, until you feel you're in a good spot.

“Good sleep isn't selfish. It's how your baby grows, and how you start feeling like you again.”Alexa Gisch, RN

I am also a nurse, so I just don't want to be told what to do. I want to understand the why. Alexa was incredibly knowledgeable, methodical, patient, and thorough. She was able to explain the science and physiology behind infant sleep in a way that made everything make sense, while also giving us practical guidance that we could actually implement.
